On Monday of this week (10/18/2010), my employer Krome Studios shut down. This is the mug that I used for most of my career in the video games industry. It seems wrong to have it at home, or to drink from it here. So it just sits on a counter and collects dust, now.
There have always been cheap knock-offs. Even your grandparents could buy imitation Rolex watches, or smell-alikes of expensive perfumes, or etc. for substantially less than the originals.
