The first day of a new milestone

Tasks
It’s always fun, starting work on a new milestone. It feels like you’re making huge, absurdly quick progress.

As in this case; after one day of work on MS5, my task tracker tells me that I’m 58% done.

Now, granted, MS5 is by far the shortest milestone I’ve set for myself. I’m aiming to complete it on July 11th; that’s just two weeks away. But still, it would be silly of me to claim that I’m actually “58% done” with this milestone build, since the percentage is calculated based on the number of tasks created, and the number completed.

I tend to add new tasks during the milestone – often my tasks at the start of the milestone include things like “Figure out how to do , and enter tasks to actually implement “. In the roadmap visible in the screenshot, three of the tasks are of that sort. Including, my favourite task name ever, “Quest editing needs to not suck”.

In practice, I’m probably closer to 20% of the way done. Which is still pretty good for having spent just one day out of two weeks, so far. Well, two days, since I also worked on Saturday. But you know what I mean.
